My name is Malcolm Raymond.
Like many people trying to make it as a busy entrepreneur, I found myself struggling to manage training and business. I created Heroic Fitness Training to help other entrepreneurs like you break free from the cycle of “having no time” and finally build strength, energy, and confidence.

I believe you don’t just need another workout plan — you need a system that adapts to your life. That’s why I developed the Modular Adaptive Training System and the AAA Method (Anchor, Adopt, Accept). Together, they give you the power to transform without overwhelming your schedule.
